JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Sales Representative Responsible for quoting & selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business. We seek to deliver Exceptional Customer Service to ALL our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus or required (depends on regional needs)
  • Business professional attire
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Full time employment
  • Pass State Licensing Requirements
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to approach potential clients and offer our services
  • Sales experience a plus but not necessary - Someone with the right attitude and good work ethic can be just as successful as someone with years of sales experience!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of insurance company’s liability concerning personal, casualty, or property loss or damages, and attempt to effect settlement with claimants
  • Correspond with or interview medical specialists, agents, witnesses, or claimants to compile information
  • Calculate benefit payments and approve payment of claims within a certain monetary limit
  • Review and analyze medical reports/notes for consistency and legitimacy and addressing issues of inconsistency with our clients and their representation
  • Maintain accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities associated with processing and payment of claims
  • Record and update status notes, and document results of those contacts, relevant medical reports and duration information per file standards
  • Assess actual damages associated with claims and conduct negotiations to settle claims
