The Fast Track Adjuster will investigate and determine liability by analyzing documents, conducting phone interviews and providing excellent customer service to all parties involved.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years old
• Computer literate
• Proficient Typing Skills
• Must be able to pass a State background check
• Ability to Multi task/Detail Oriented
• Reliable Transportation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate and verify coverage
• Investigate and determine liability by analyzing documents, conducting telephone interviews
• Provide extraordinary customer service to all parties involved in the claims process
• Manage multiple cases with proper reserving and document every step of activity for each claim
• Adhere to all practices and procedures followed by the company
• Maintain statutory license requirements and be in good standing
• Other duties will be assigned by management as needed
