JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Sales Representative Responsible for quoting & selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business. We seek to deliver Exceptional Customer Service to ALL our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus or required (depends on regional needs)
  • Business professional attire
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Full time employment
  • Pass State Licensing Requirements
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable transportation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investigate claims and complaints by customers, internal and external Analyze and determine whether fraudulent behavior has occurred This would include, among others, interviewing and obtaining witness statements, analyzing and canvassing the scene of the accident or theft, inspecting vehicles, and working with law enforcement or NICB
  • Demonstrate and utilize strong analytical skills and the ability to successfully investigate common fraud schemes
  • Develop investigative strategies
  • Review referrals and evaluate claims and underwriting information
  • Identify appropriate resources and investigative strategies
  • Serve as a resource to the sales, appraisers, and claim staff
  • Develop, implement and deliver fraud awareness training throughout the company
  • Identify and establish external relationships with industry, law enforcement, and other contacts involved in fraud investigations, detection, and prevention
  • Other duties as assigned by management or as needed
